"File Excel is Not Valid" excel ga bisa di buka....?

ketika saya membuka file excel saya ada tulisan bgini nih.... "excel cannot open th file ...xls, because the file format or fiel extension is not valid. verify that the file has not been corrupted and that file extension matches the format of the file".... selain itu dicopy atau mw di rename juga gak bisa.......nah jangan khawatir!!!!!!! answer... setelah segala macam saya coba, dari cara merubah hak akses dari windows sampai dos. download program yng katanya bisa memperbaiki file excel yang rusak.... ternyata gak bisa smua,,,,,,,,,,jangan...
